The McDonell Consulting Group’s is a valued partner of Central Pro Supply and we are pleased to announce they have built a sales certification program exclusively for our contractor customers.
Together we have built a multi-tiered, skills-based learning journey designed to transform sales professionals in the residential and commercial landscaping contractor business into trusted advisors and growth accelerators.
Over time, this program blends sales fundamentals, advanced consultative techniques, and long-term growth strategies.
All participants will complete an individual Extended DISC Assessment (with sales competencies). DISC is a key foundational element of the entire sales process. Participants will also receive a comprehensive growth and development guide.
All salespeople and sales leaders will be enrolled into our core Essentials of Sales program which includes certification in the core sales process. In order to move to Tier 2, participants must complete the certification with a passing score of 80%.
