All Wet Irrigation: A leading, full-service landscape contractor in the Northeast with more than 30 years of experience in the industry, offering services including irrigation, outdoor lighting, mosquito and tick control, and lawn care. They have built a reputation for top-quality service and support with their commitment to their customers. Recently they had a very challenging late start to the season, and the labor market was more difficult than normal. Their Lawn Care Division Manager resigned right before the spring season, leaving the company without a lead in agronomics to tackle diagnostics for weeds, diseases, and insects. They Needed a subject matter expert to diagnose issues, train team to identify common problems, and suggest solutions for key customers 

The Central Difference Solution   
All Wet Irrigation contacted their Account Manager at Central to see if someone could help with key customer issues until they could hire a new manager for their Lawn Care Division. Central’s Subject Matter Expert worked as an extension of the All Wet team and visited six customer properties to identify issues, suggest solutions, and meet with homeowners. Central’s Subject Matter Expert trained the All Wet team on how to identify how to identify common weed, disease, and insect problems, as well as common solutions including proper watering techniques and specific products for control solutions. 

Results
After All Wet hired their new Lawn Care Division Manager, Central’s Subject Matter Expert worked with the team and new manager to make sure he was trained and up-to-speed on operations and diagnostic issues they had faced during the height of the season. All Wet was able to smoothly transition back to their in-house employee with all the roles and responsibilities while providing seamless customer service to their clients.
