Good Life Property Maintenance is a full-service landscape design build and maintenance contractor in the Mid Atlantic servicing the Eastern Shore of Maryland and Delaware. As they developed their portfolio into a wider variety of services, calls for drainage projects began to increase based on local stormwater regulations. Good Life needed a partner with product expertise as well as an understanding of engineered plans to help with a series of projects along the Eastern Shore
The Central Difference Solution
Good Life reached out to the local account rep with a set of plans they felt did not capture all the issues the property needed. The construction of a new barn was taking place, and an adjacent building needed some attention since a new drainage system was being put into place. A subject matter expert met with the Good Life Team onsite and modified the new plan to capture stormwater for both the barn and adjacent building to maximize the efficiency of time spent at the site and reduce having to mobilize to the property more than once.
Results
Good Life catapulted their project into a more focused approach in prioritizing drainage as a part of their offering. Our local branch has brought in inventory to supply the growing category, and the partnership between Central and Good Life continues to grow.
