They are committed to providing outstanding customer service and have built a reputation for providing high-quality products and service at an exceptional value. This contractor recently worked with Central’s Sustainability Manager to grow its fertilizer program to include natural and low-impact options by Hudson Valley Natural. They needed a strategy and custom marketing collateral to promote this new fertilizer service to new and existing customers via their email newsletter and website. Additionally, they hired a new team member to manage social media and other marketing initiatives and needed consulting services on best practices for digital marketing

Results
The Central Marketing Department gave turnkey support by naming the customer’s new program, creating a custom and responsive HTML email to announce new service, and building the email directly on their email platform. The marketing department provided custom copy and images for announcing a new service on social media channels and company website. The contractor hired new team member, and the marketing department provided an hour and a half of consultation on best practices and tips and tricks for daily management of social media as well as recommendations on improving website and Google My Business listings.
