Challenge
After many years of learning about project management to client relationships, Tyler grew to know the landscape business inside and out. In 2024, he decided it was time to step out on his own with a clear vision: provide high-quality, personalized landscaping solutions with a local, community-first approach. The challenge now was to set his business apart from his previous employer, as well as others in his market who install outdoor lighting systems. Additionally, his challenge was to let customers know that he also installed outdoor audio.

When Tyler met with a Central Sales Rep, he learned how valuable having a partner who provided not just products, but Business Resources could be. Results
Sales have doubled since focusing on marketing and partnering with a distributor who provides real one-on-one consultations, along with follow up and recommendations from a marketing team that has lead generation knowledge as well as a deep understanding of outdoor lighting customer behavior, and he has increased his close rate on adding outdoor audio packages to the outdoor living spaces he creates.
