This summer, members of our team partnered with local organizations on two meaningful projects focused on giving back, strengthening neighborhoods, and making a lasting difference. We’re proud to share these moments and the impact we created together.
Central Pro Supply recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity on a meaningful homebuilding initiative in Rockland County, NY. Central Pro Supply team members, Habitat for Humanity volunteers, and local contractors worked shoulder to shoulder on-site to lay drainage pipe and assemble the critical site infrastructure. By supplying high-quality materials and putting in the sweat equity together, our team was proud to be a part of laying the groundwork for a deserving local family’s long-term stability and future.
This hands-on collaboration reflects Central Pro Supply’s core corporate values: moving beyond simply supplying job site materials to actively stepping onto the field and investing communities. While completing the drainage pipe installation marks an exciting milestone for the property, it represents just the beginning of a longer build process with plenty of progress ahead. Central Pro Supply is proud to help launch this project and remains dedicated to supporting Habitat for Humanity’s mission of turning community action into safe, sustainable homeownership.
Central worked alongside Project Evergreen, to restore a local community athletic field in Wappingers Falls, NY. Central donated materials, installation design, and on-site assistance for laying and pulling pipe alongside local leadership, Green Tech Irrigation & Lawn Care, and Hunter Industries. Through these efforts, a once unsafe and rough baseball field was re-built into two safe, thriving soccer fields for children and families to connect outdoors.
The project’s completion was marked by a ribbon-cutting ceremony and cheers from children attending the local town camp. The field was dedicated to U.S. Men’s National Team player, Tyler Adams, who attended the event. This was a full-circle moment for Adams, who grew up playing in this area where his original love for the game was born. With soccer in the spotlight from this summer’s World Cup, the timing of this project was even more impactful.
Green spaces are more than just new turf; they are an opportunity for future generations to learn, grow, and thrive outside together. This project aligned perfectly for the team at Central, as giving back isn’t seen as a one-time donation. We care about the long term goals of communities and we thrive together by investing time, materials, and expertise towards philanthropic projects such as these.
