Challenge
Since 2007, Striker Irrigation has been doing business with Central. On one jobsite in particular his field team ran out of 18/13 wire in the middle of an important installation day. The owner, Peter Lewis, needed to make a call and see about getting delivery fast. He knew back then he wouldn’t be able to continue to grow his business to the scale he wanted to, unless he had a distributor who understood the need for balancing planning ahead in conjunction with the often need for urgent material on the fly. 

The Central Difference Solution 
Because one of Central’s Core Values is focusing on what contractors need, and when/how they need it, Striker was able to take advantage of this and rely on Central as he grew his company. Nobody ever made him feel as if he shouldn’t need last minute materials to finish a job, and the support and understanding is always there from Central. 

Results
As a result of having a distribution partner that was built for the contractor, by the contractor he knows he can rely on the fact that Central is an organization who does what they say they will do. He has built long-lasting, solid relationships with his local Central team, as well as with ownership, to where he has grown his business tremendously over the last 20 years.
