Bernardo Luciano & his family sell their successful irrigation installation company to partner with Al Nagle — knowing there is a need for better distribution partners for landscape contractors.

Central Becomes a One-Stop Shop

Central begins growing and expanding quickly to more branches & locations. Additional product lines are introduced with ice melt, equipment & drainage in the US & Canada.

Growth is Everywhere

Corporate offices move from above the Elmsford branch to their current location on Williams St. Turf product lines are introduced. Company is up to 35 branches, turf product line is introduced & the company is re-branded as Central Turf & Irrigation Supply.

Focused on Solutions

Solutions beyond products, Central Rewards Program begins, Marketing Department grows, and the establishment of Quarterly Sales Meetings drives the team and the growth forward.

Stability During Difficult Times

Central continues to grow. Now at 50 branches, Subject Matter Experts are identified, private label products like Hudson Valley Natural are added. In-stock inventory continues despite a global pandemic and the company hits $100 million in revenue.

Strategic Growth

New locations open in North Carolina, Delaware, Indiana, Ohio, Kansas, and Florida. Company hits $200 million in revenue just two years after $100 million. Now in 20 states, with over 60 branches across the US & Canada. Providing partnership, solutions, savings, and strategies for customers & their businesses.
