With over 25 years in the lawn irrigation industry, Long Island Lawn Sprinklers is a premiere irrigation company in the high-end residential market in Long Island, NY. The owner was looking to hire an employee to focus solely on marketing and communications for his company as they continue to grow and establish their brand loyalty in a heavily saturated LCO marketplace. They wanted to take a look at how they were reaching customers, retaining customers, as well as making the most of the opportunities to cross sell and upsell to their loyal customer base. 

The Central Difference Solution
